The moment you start moving in the right direction, even if you do nothing physically, the light of life will already come to you in a friendly way. Whereas you were previously hostile to nature, opposite to it in a digital isolated system, now you are in the integral analogue system. Now, you do not resist changes, but you move toward them, yourself starting to change, because your desires as well as your thoughts are already working in this direction. Your thoughts and your desires are enuf!

When you want to change, you will immediately receive those thoughts and desires and the light will start working with you

You will start understanding more and wanting more. You will become the one who wishes to make the changes as soon as possible.
