Live in Tel Aviv

My left leaning friends get the Change message.  My right ones don’t.

They may associate it with Obama?  Could they associate it with Bob Dylan’s lyrics..by the way, how crazy is it that after our country makes public enemies #1 & #2: Osama and Hussein, how nuts that our president’s name is B. Hussein Obama?  That is an extrodinary coincidence.  I digress.

The reason I’m writing now is to tell you something about change, the kind of change that I’m talking about.  I have this set of thoughts, negative thoughts.  Something happened to me and it left a scar on my mind and my mind constantly goes to thoughts about it.  On the other hand, there is a certain thought that I consciously want to be thinking all the time.  So it dawned on me – just now – that when the bad thought comes, I’m going to use it as a flag, that now, think the good thought.  I’m not going to even associate with the bad thought.  I’m going to see it pop up in my head and it will be a sign to think my good thought.

That’s good change.
